I created this guide because I’ve been where you might be right now — tired and standing at a point where life feels uncertain, knowing something needs to change, but not quite sure what comes next.
What I’ve learned — both personally and through my work with women — is that most of us already have far more strength and resilience than we realize. We just don’t stop long enough to see it.
